At FILIPPA I. PIUGGI, we want you to love every piece. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Items marked as final sale

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will make it right with a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
