Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Handmade and one-of-a-kind items may require additional time. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a shipping notification with tracking information once it's on its way.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Once your order is in the carrier's possession, FILIPPA I. PIUGGI is not responsible for delays due to weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
